The National Bike Challenge is now almost one month into the five-month long Challenge period. Have you signed up yet? If you haven’t, don’t worry, it’s not too late to join in and be eligible to win prizes every month—even a new bike!
This year, PeopleForBikes is growing the National Bike Challenge to be the biggest and best yet. Our goal of 75,000 participants has already been met, and now we have even bigger plans. Klean Kanteen has joined in to help us reach our goal of 35 million miles by September 30 by creating a company-wide team.
It is easy and free to sign up for the Challenge by going to NationalBikeChallenge.org. Once you register, you can start recording your rides and watch as you stack up against other participants from across the country. After reaching a certain number of points, you are automatically entered into the prize drawing at the end of each month.
The National Bike Challenge is now integrated with four different apps, so it’s even easier to record your rides. You can sync your National Bike Challenge account with Strava, MapMyRide, Endomondo and Moves. If you record your miles through Strava, every ride will show up on the Challenge Heatmap. It’s a great way to see where others have been riding and be a part of the Challenge community.
The Challenge is just getting started! Join Klean Kanteen and sign up today to start recording your miles.
